Randi Buckley

Hello there. I'll be your teacher!

My name is Randi Buckley.  I'm the creator of Healthy Boundaries for Kind People®, a Master Coach, teacher, and mentor.  I was taking advantage of excellent lightening when this picture was taken. I do smile in some pictures, just not this one.

Although, I've been coaching since my playground days, I started doing it formally over 30 years ago. My clients are a global bunch, from royalty and thought leaders, to the folks making a difference in a neighborhood near you. You are usually folks who identify as incredibly responsible, wildly intelligent, with deep values of kindness, compassion, and justice. That's a powerful combination and also one that can tend toward over functioning, people-pleasing, the conflation of compassion and carrying someone else's load, and well-intended but janky boundaries.  

I believe boundaries are an act of kindness and live between the two holy trinities of Context, Nuance, and Discernment, and, Truth, Depth, and Mischief.
